All of our units include a 27" TV with VCR & Cable TV. DVD players are also in every unit. Current & classic VCR videos & DVD's are available free at the front desk with plenty of choices for all ages. Telephone, with messaging service & data modem plug, hair dryers and Irons and boards are included in all units.

EFFICIENCY:

This unit has all the comforts of a larger unit, yet small in size. Occupancy for this unit is: ownership(4), rentals and exchanges (2) It is equipped with a microwave oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove/oven and other conveniences. Sleeping consists of a queen size Murphy bed and full size sleeper sofa.

ONE BEDROOM:

This unit includes a living room, dining area and full size kitchen and bedroom. Occupancy for this unit is four(4). Sleeping consists of a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa.

TWO BEDROOM:

Although we only have three of these, they are very popular with our owners and guest. Two of the three are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a large picture window overlooking the gulf. These units include two full size bedrooms, kitchen fully equipped, a large living/dining area and two bathrooms. Unit #101 is located in the middle of our property and includes a fireplace for our winter guests. It has only one bathroom, but has a larger kitchen area. Occupancy for this unit is six(6). Sleeping consists of one queen size bed, two twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.
